Is there a delivery charge?
A delivery charge applies for orders at Bamfo Beds. Get in touch with our team to know more details.
How quick is delivery?
Next-day delivery is available on most stocked items. For made-to-orders, delivery is estimated between 7 to 10 days maximum.
Where do you deliver?
Our delivery services cover the whole of England and Wales. Get in touch to arrange your delivery today.
Do you provide delivery and assembly services?
We offer a complete installation and delivery service and removal of your old bed and mattress. Our fully trained delivery team have many years of experience and is PPE / Covid Compliant.
Do you offer to recycle old mattresses?
At Bamfo Beds we take recycling and environmental issues seriously. We hold a trade licence to dispose of old mattresses and take them to a recycling centre in Shropshire for correct disposal.
Can I return my purchases?
If you are not happy with your choices and Bamfo purchase, we offer the option to return products under certain conditions and after an inspection has been completed as specified in our return policy.
What is the guarantee on Bamfo products?
To give you peace of mind, all exclusive Bamfo Mattresses come with a minimum 5-year satisfaction guarantee. You can also enjoy a 10-year mattress guarantee on some of our Lux Mattresses. Get in touch with us for more details.
Do you have non-allergenic beds?
Yes, Bamfo Beds specialises in non-allergenic mattresses and we supply our own designs direct.
How are prices significantly lower at Bamfo Beds?
All our beds are under the buy it direct beds system. This means that when purchasing your new beds and mattresses at Bamfo Beds, you will benefit from the advantages of having no commissioned middle man between you and us. This allows you to take advantage of the lower prices we offer, as well as bespoke and direct customer service.

I have back or neck pain, are Bamfo mattresses right for me?
Bamfo mattresses are designed to suit everyone and can alleviate some pain. However, it may be useful to seek advice from your doctor so that they can determine your needs in terms of bedding.
